3 SAD Foods The Standard American Diet is an average diet. If you want optimal health, you need to eat above average food. The following 3 foods are eaten daily by most. With that in mind. . . imagine what you hold, and what holds you? 1. When I was a kid, we would make paper mache out of white flour and water because it gets sticky and then hardens. If you begin reading labels, you will see just how much of the S.A.D. has white flour in it. Healthier and easier to digest choices for flour are: whole wheat, whole grain, spelt, brown rice, and sprouted varieties. You will begin to see that meals with white flour are of abundance. 2. Homes in Venice Italy that have been standing in water for more than 900 years were put together with dirt and eggs - to get rock hard. Better choices would be egg subsitutes such as tofu scrambles or even "egg beaters." 3. Elmer's glue is made from a milk by product produced by Bordens - it gets sticky, then dries. There are so many milk substitutes these days such as (almond, hazelnut, soy, rice, coconut) that are delicious and can be used in place of cow's milk. If animals milk is what you must have, make it goats or raw milk from a reputable source. Dairy is very mucus forming. Mucus that leaves your body can also be sticky before it dries. Processed milk is not healthy. It has been linked to disorders and diseases ranging from: asthma, allergies, acne, arthritis, arteriosclerosis, constipation, cold and flu, ear infections, heart disease, sinusitis among many other problems too many to mention Calves fed pasteurized milk usually die within a few months.
